Where are your products made?

Each and every plasticity. product is handmade in Graaff-Reinet. 

Returns/exchanges & refunds:

Please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange or refund. We will do our best to find a solution if there are any problems. Please contact tessa@plasticity.co.za if you have a query or complaint.

Sending products back to our studio will be at the cost of the buyer. 

International shipping?

We are working on it!! Please get in touch if you would like to place an order with us for international delivery. We will arrange this via email tessa@plasticity.co.za

Individuals and businesses can send plastic to our HQ for us to use to create our upcycled products.

♻️ What kind of plastic do you use?

We use soft, 'foldable', sheet-like plastis such as plastic grocery bags or plastic dropsheeting material.

🎁 Do you offer corporate gifting?
